§ 151.008 CONFLICT WITH OTHER LAWS.
   It is not intended that this chapter repeal, abrogate, annul, impair or interfere with any existing rules, regulations or permit previously adopted or issued pursuant to laws, except that should this chapter conflict with any applicable federal, or local laws, the most stringent govern.
