(A) This chapter applies in areas under the jurisdiction of the Town of Mills River Zoning Ordinance to the extent allowed by the Zoning Ordinance.
(B) In the case of proposed for development in designated water supply watershed areas, the parks conform to the requirements of the appropriate watershed district according to the terms of the Henderson County Water Supply Watershed Ordinance as amended as or replaced as well as to the standards of this chapter, and, in case of conflict, the most restrictive apply.
