Notice of a correction or violation of this chapter or the North Carolina Fire Prevention Code and notice of any defect as described in G.S. § 160A-428 be given to the , , or other responsible for the conditions of the buildings, structures, or premises. Notice either be delivered personally by the Fire Prevention Inspector or by first class mail.
