Subject to the limitations and conditions stated in the North Carolina State Building Code, it be the duty of the Fire Prevention Inspector to inspect as often as he/she deem necessary all buildings, structures, or premises that require a fire prevention and safety inspection. The Fire Prevention Inspector cause to be corrected any condition which cause fire or explosion or endanger life from fire or explosion or any violations of the provisions of this chapter.
