§ 32.04 ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS.
   The Town of Mills River Inspection Department is hereby created for the sole purpose of enforcement of the North Carolina Fire Prevention Code. The North Carolina Fire Prevention Code be enforced by the Town Fire Prevention Inspector as certified by the North Carolina Code Officials Qualifications Board or as otherwise provided.
