   (A)   Decision of the . A petition for writ of certiorari in the Superior Court must be filed with the Clerk of Superior Court within 30 days after the decision of the Mills River Town Council is served upon the applicant. Unless otherwise ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction, this may be enforced pursuant to § 154.101 during the pendency of any appeal under this division.
