§ 70.01 SCHOOL ZONES.
   (A)   No person shall operate any vehicle in a school zone at a speed greater than 20 mph during periods when children are present.
   (B)   The Town Marshal shall procure and erect a sufficient number of signs advising the public of the speed limit and the periods when it is in effect.
