§ 33.08 PURCHASES BETWEEN $25,000 AND $75,000.
   Subject to the purchasing limitations contained in §§ 33.03 and 33.04, the purchasing agents of the town may make purchases between $25,000 and $75,000 in accordance with the procedures established under the I.C. 5-22-8.
