§ 50.17 BRUSH AND LIMB PICK UP.
   The Town of Millersburg hereby establishes the following guidelines for Millersburg residents to have their brush and limbs picked up curbside:
   (A)   The Town of Millersburg Street Department will complete area checks. Brush and limb piles will only be picked up on Mondays and Thursdays, weather permitting.
   (B)   It has been determined by the Town of Millersburg Town Council and the Millersburg Street Department that nothing larger than a three-inch diameter and length of less than eight feet will be picked up curbside by the Millersburg Street Department.
   (C)   No logs, sticks, twigs, rocks, or trash shall be set out. Limbs or branches that are one inch in diameter and less than two feet long can be placed in the resident’s trash tote.
   (D)   Shall a homeowner and or resident have a tree taken down, the homeowner and or resident is responsible for all debris and tree removal clean up.
   (E)   Millersburg residents can coordinate with the Millersburg Street Department to have limbs and brush picked up that may exceed the three-inch diameter size and eight feet length for a cost of $50 per trip by the Millersburg Street Department.
   (F)   A proper invoice will be given to the resident from the Millersburg Street Department. Payment will be receipted into the MVH Fund miscellaneous revenue line item.
   (G)   There is no longer any permitted dumping in the Town of Millersburg for brush and limb piles.
   (H)   Storm damage debris and material must be assessed by the Town of Millersburg Street Department to determine pick up.
