(A) A Cumulative Fire Protection Territory Equipment Replacement Fund is re-established for the following purposes: for all uses as set out in I.C. 36-8-19-8.5 and 6-1.1-41.
(B) This Council will adhere to the provisions of I.C. 36-8-19-8.5 and 6-1.1-41 . The proposed fund will not exceed $0.0333 on each $100 of assessed valuation. Said tax rate will be levied beginning with taxes for 2022, payable 2023.
(C) Clinton Township is the provider unit of the Clinton Township/Town of Millersburg fire protection territory and the Town of Millersburg is the participating unit(s) of said fire protection territory. Clinton Township, as provider unit, is authorized to re-establish this fund. This section contains or incorporates by reference the contents of the agreement to establish/re-establish the Fund.
