(A) The Millersburg ball diamonds may be leased through the Park Board/Town Clerk-Treasurer for the sum of $50 per day; $20 per field (two-hour limit); $10 per one hour practice; $35 per hour for lights; $30 per day for concessions; and pavilion with playground (dual sided), restrooms, and picnic tables will be $75 per day. The entire park rental for less than 500 people will be $500 for the day; for more than 500 people, it will be $1,000.
(B) All checks concerning the leasing of the town parks shall be made payable to the Town of Millersburg and deposited with the Town Clerk-Treasurer.
(C) Anyone desiring to rent the Millersburg ball diamonds or pavilion shall execute releases as may from time to time be prepared for the purpose of assuring that said utilization will create no liability on the part of the Town of Millersburg, Indiana.
