§ 31.65 MILLERSBURG COMMUNITY/MEETING ROOM.
   (A)   The Millersburg Town Community/Meeting Room shall be leased through the Town Clerk-Treasurer’s office for the sum of $200 per day. This will include the restrooms, tables, chairs, cleaning supplies, kitchen serving utensils, refrigerator, freezer and microwave.
   (B)   All checks concerning the leasing of the Millersburg Town Community/Meeting Room shall be made payable to the Town of Millersburg and deposited with the Town Clerk-Treasurer.
   (C)   Anyone desiring to rent the Millersburg Town Community/Meeting Room shall execute releases as may from time to time be prepared for the purpose of assuring that said utilization will create no liability on the part of the Town of Millersburg, Indiana. Contracts must be filled out upon rental request.
