(A) Fee schedule for law enforcement officer reports. There is hereby established the following fee schedule for the Town of Millersburg Police Department for providing law enforcement officer reports:
(1) Accident report. The fee for providing an accident report shall be $5.
(2) Incident report. The fee for providing an incident report shall be $5.
(B) Deposit of fees. The fees collected under this section for providing accident and incident reports shall be deposited in the Local Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund.
(C) Use of Local Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund. The monies in the Local Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund shall be expended at the discretion of the Millersburg Town Marshal for the continuing education and training of law enforcement officers employed by the Millersburg Police Department and for equipment and supplies for law enforcement purposes.
