(A)
Pursuant to I.C. 36-7-4-509, the Town Council of the Town of Millersburg, Indiana does hereby approve and adopt the Town of Millersburg, Indiana 2021 Comprehensive Plan as an amendment to the 2006 Elkhart County Comprehensive Plan, to be applicable in and the governing comprehensive plan for the Town of Millersburg, Indiana.
(B) The Town of Millersburg, Indiana 2021 Comprehensive Plan shall be on file and available for public inspection in the offices of the Millersburg Clerk-Treasurer and at the Elkhart County Department of Planning and Zoning. In addition, the Town of Millersburg, Indiana 2021 Comprehensive Plan shall be placed on file in the Office of the Elkhart County Recorder.
