§ 31.04 DUMP TRUCK RENTAL.
   (A)   The rental of the dump truck will be available to the town residents on a rental agreement basis and when the Street Department is not in need of the truck. The rental fee will be $150 per use.
   (B)   The Town Council determined to put the money received from the rental of the town dump truck into the Local Road and Street Fund.
