§ 92.112 AIDING A VIOLATION OF REGULATIONS.
   It is unlawful for a person to knowingly or intentionally aid, induce, or cause another person to violate § 92.110, even if the other person:
   (A)   Has not been prosecuted for the offense;
   (B)   Has not been convicted of the offense; or
   (C)   Has been acquitted of the offense.
