§ 92.060 BUREAU PROCEDURES.
   The Bureau of Motor Vehicles shall be responsible for conducting a search to determine the names and addresses of the owner of the vehicle or parts and any lienholder of record. The Bureau shall be further responsible for notification of such owner and lienholder and for the sale of the vehicle in compliance with the provisions of I.C. 9-22-1.
