§ 92.042 FAILURE TO COMPLY IS A VIOLATION.
   After such notice in writing is delivered or posted by the Town Marshal, failure to trim bushes and shrubbery by such owner or tenant within 30 days shall constitute a violation of this subchapter and each day thereafter that the bushes and shrubbery remains untrimmed shall constitute a separate violation.
