§ 92.041 NOTICE OF VIOLATION.
   It shall be the duty of the Town Marshal to notify owners or tenants in writing delivered personally to said owner or tenant or affixed to the residence of said owner or tenant that bushes and shrubbery must be trimmed, should there be a violation of this subchapter.
