§ 92.021 DEFINITION.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   WEEDS AND OTHER RANK VEGETATION. Any plant which exceeds six inches in height other than flowers, shrubbery, garden vegetables, agricultural crops, or trees.
