(A) It shall be unlawful to accumulate or to allow the accumulation upon any premises within the corporate limits of the town, any garbage, ashes, refuse, rubbish, manure, offal, carcasses, debris, or junk, to include, but not limited to, scrap metal, lumber, barrels, buckets, plastics, and tires.
(B) It shall be unlawful to accumulate furniture, stoves, refrigerators, freezers, cans or containers, or other appliances.
