§ 91.16 ENFORCEMENT.
   For the purpose of enforcing the provisions and regulations of this subchapter, the town’s Police Department will be vested with the power to issue notices of violation of this subchapter. Such notices shall be prepared and issued in accordance with I.C. 34-4-32-1 et seq. and I.C. 9-7-7-4.
