§ 91.08 COMMERCIAL SALES, SOLICITATIONS, AND COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or solicit, advertise, photograph, or promote for sale any commercial product or commercial event within the boundaries or any park without the express written permission of the town’s Park and Recreation Board, which permission must then be conspicuously posted at the site of such activity.
