§ 91.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PARK. Include the land and water constituting all parks and other recreation areas within the jurisdiction and control of the town’s Park and Recreation Department.
   PARK BOARD. The town’s Park and Recreation Department.
