(A) The driver of a vehicle entering Maple Street from Cripe Drive shall stop at the entrance to Maple Street and shall yield the right-of-way to other vehicles which shall have entered the intersection from Maple Street or which are approaching so closely on Maple Street as to constitute an immediate hazard, but said driver having so yielded may proceed and the drivers of all other vehicles approaching the intersection on Maple Street shall yield the right-of-way to the vehicle so proceeding into Maple Street.
(B) The Marshal shall procure a stop sign conforming to the state’s manual on uniform traffic- control devices and shall erect the same at the intersection of Cripe Drive and Maple Street in the manner specified by law so as to notify drivers of vehicles on Cripe Drive to stop.
(C) For each violation, a judgment of up to $500 may be entered against the defendant.
