Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor upon a first offense and shall be fined an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). On a second offense and all subsequent offenses within one year after the first offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined an amount not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and/or imprisoned for a term not to exceed thirty days.
