353.99 PENALTY.

   (EDITOR'S NOTE: See Section 303.99 for misdemeanor classifications and penalties.)

   The penalty for violations of sections within this chapter shall be two dollars ($2.00) if paid within twenty-four hours of the date of said violation. If said sum is not paid within twenty-four hours, the penalty shall be of five dollars ($5.00). If said sum is not paid within seven days, the penalty for the violation shall be ten dollars ($10.00).
