353.07 COLLECTION OF COINS.

The Police Chief of the Municipality shall designate some member or members of the Police Department to collect the coins deposited in parking meters. In collecting such coins, the person or persons so designated shall deliver such to the Police Chief who shall count the coins so delivered and deposit such to the credit of the Municipality.
