The Mayor and/or the Village Administrator and/or the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to deliver Ordinance 78-8 to the Registrar of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles for this district, and to provide any additional legal documentation which may be necessary to collect the additional tax, which tax shall be collected and delivered to the Village Treasurer at the earliest date as provided by law.
