(a) The Zoning Inspector, with the advice of the Police Department and the Village Administrator, shall have the authority to promulgate any rules and regulations to enforce this Chapter, which are attached as Exhibit A to Ordinance 2012-102.
(b) In the event that the State or Federal Government promulgates cleanup guidelines that are more stringent or that pre-empt local regulation, those clean-up guidelines shall prevail.
