941.14 NUISANCE ON VILLAGE PROPERTY.

When the nuisance exists on property owned by the Village, the Administrator shall abate the nuisance at the expense of the Village, and no notice shall be required preliminary to the abatement. (Ord. 2011-104. Passed 7-25-11.)
