As a prerequisite for future participation in the Ohio Public Works Commission financial assistance programs for infrastructure development, there is hereby adopted by and for the Village the “Affirmative Plan of Action for Accomplishing Minority Business Enterprise Participation Requirements of the Ohio Public Works Commission and Ohio Revised Code Chapter 164.” A copy of such Plan is attached to original Resolution 90-45, passed November 26, 1990, and copies of the same may be obtained, at cost, from the Village Clerk-Treasurer.
