Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000). When a partnership or a corporation violates any of the provisions of this chapter, the members of the partnership, or the managing officers of the corporation shall be punished in the same manner as the punishment described for a person. Each and every day that a violation of this chapter continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
