(a) An application for a split of a lot of record shall be made by the filing of a written application with the Village Administrator, supported by a qualified surveyed plat and recordable legal description of the proposed lot split.
(b) Council shall render a decision within thirty days after the completed application has been filed, or within such longer time as the applicant may agree to.
