105.01 DEFINITION.

"Lot of record", for purposes of this chapter, means any parcel of land whether an inlot, outlot or tract of acreage, individually or as part of a subdivision, that has been recorded in the Office of the County Recorder and is carried on the last preceding County Auditor duplicate.
