The owner of a ProtectedProperty shall provide sufficient maintenance and upkeep for such structure to ensure its protection from hazards and to prevent its deterioration.
(a) The above provisions shall be in addition to all other applicable provisions of the building codes of the Village of Millersburg and the State of Ohio.
(b) The DRB, on its own initiative may request inspection of any Protected Property which in the opinion of the DRB may be in violation of the minimum maintenance requirement. (Ord. 2010-101. Passed 4-26-10.)
