(a) The Police Department shall, from time to time and at least four times a year, inspect that portion of the arcade business open to the public licensed hereunder in order to assess compliance with the provisions of this Chapter.
(b) The Village Administrator shall, from time to time, request the Holmes County Health Department to inspect that portion of each arcade business open to the public and licensed hereunder, in order to assess compliance with the provisions of this Chapter and relevant Health Department regulations.
(c) That the Zoning Inspector shall, from time to time, and at least four times a year, inspect that portion of the arcade business open to the public and licensed hereunder in order to assess compliance with all applicable fire, building, and zoning code regulations.
