355.03 FAILURE TO APPEAR.

No person shall fail to appear in the Parking Violations Bureau pursuant to the letter provided in Section 355.02(d). Whoever violates this offense shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of one predicate motor vehicle or traffic offense, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
