355.01 CREATED.

(a) The Mayor of the Village shall establish a Parking Violations Bureau, within the Administrative Office, to handle clerical work of parking offenses. The Bureau shall be in charge of such persons designated by the Mayor and shall be open at such hours as may be designated.

(b) Council shall, by ordinance, designate the fines to be paid for such parking offenses which may be satisfied by payment of the same at the Bureau or fine boxes located within the Village.
