1143.02 FAILURE TO OBTAIN A REQUIRED PERMIT OR APPROVAL.

Failure to obtain a zoning permit, Certificate of Zoning Compliance, or other approval as required by specific Sections of the Planning and Zoning Code shall be a violation of the Planning and Zoning Code and punishable under Section 1143.05 below.
