The regulations set forth in this Planning and Zoning Code shall be applicable to all buildings, structures, uses and lands owned or controlled by any individual, organization, legal entity, political subdivision, district, taxing unit or bond-issuing authority located within the corporate limits of the Village of Millersburg, and any additional lands over which the Village may have future zoning or subdivision jurisdiction.
