(a) Any person who provides goods or services to the public must comply with the standards of the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) regarding the design of parking lots and spaces.
(b) A copy of the ADA standards will be available at the Village Offices at 6 North Washington Street, Millersburg, Ohio 44654.
(c) The penalty for violation of this section shall be as follows:
(1) A maximum of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) fine for a first offense.
(2) A maximum of a five hundred dollar ($500.00) fine and/or up to thirty (30) days in jail for a second or subsequent offense.
