351.06 SELLING, REPAIR OR STORAGE OF VEHICLE UPON ROADWAY.
   (a)   No person shall use the streets and alleys of the Municipality for the storage of any machinery of whatsoever nature.
   (b)   The term storage means the parking or placing of machinery, trucks or automobiles as may be held for sale or repair upon the streets and alleys except in the ordinary use of such machinery, trucks or automobiles.
   (c)   No person shall perform any repair work on machinery, trucks or automobiles upon the public streets and alleys of the Municipality except emergency repairs which are made necessary by the break-down of such in order to remove them from the streets or alleys.

   (d)   Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to one predicate motor vehicle or traffic offense, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of two or more predicate motor vehicle or traffic offenses, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
