If a permit is denied and/or if the owner objects to the conditions of the permit, then the owner shall have the right to appeal the decision of the Village Administrator at the next regularly scheduled meeting of Council. The decision of Council shall be final, and any further appeals shall be to the appropriate court as provided by law.
