If there is a violation of this chapter or noncompliance with its provisions, then the Village Administrator shall notify the owner and set forth the violation in writing. If the violation and/or noncompliance exists for five working days from receipt of such notice, then a fine and penalty charge in the amount of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day shall be levied against the owner until there is compliance with this chapter. The owner shall further pay the legal fees and/or costs incurred by the Village in order to enforce this chapter.
