Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day and not less than five dollars ($5.00) per day for every day such person is in violation of this chapter. It shall be deemed to be a violation under terms hereof when any person uses such house trailer, mobile home, house car, camp car or similar type vehicle or structure for occupancy without a permit from the Village. Each day such trailer is occupied ahall be considered a separate violation.
