Every house trailer, mobile home or similar type vehicle or structure located within the Village, shall have installed on the lot for the trailer, mobile home or similar type vehicle or structure, a separate pit or ground box for the installation of a water meter, with the pit to be constructed and maintained in accordance with the requirements of the Village so that the same is frost free and available for meter reading by Village employees or agents.
No permit, as required in accordance with Section 1325.06 shall be issued until the requirement mentioned herein has been met to the satisfaction of the Mayor.
