The Village may permit the location of business trailers within the Village limits for a period at the discretion of the Building Committee. Whoever desires to place a business trailer within the limits of the Village shall first receive written permission from the Building Committee at least three days prior to the location of such trailer or trailers within the Village. A fee of five dollars ($5.00) shall be charged by the Village for each trailer permitted to be located within the Village limits. No fee shall be charged for nonprofit organizations applying for such permit.
