1313.03 APPROVAL.

All applications for building permits shall be referred by the Mayor to the Municipal Building Committee for investigation and they shall make their report not later than the next regular meeting of Council. The Mayor shall not issue a permit until after the Municipal Building Committee has approved the building permit application.
