No person, firm or corporation shall construct, erect or make any additions to any building or other structure in the Village, until application shall have been made to and a building permit received from the Mayor. Applicants shall furnish the Mayor with a written statement of the location, number and extent of the building or buildings to be erected or added to, the estimated cost, the contract price, the square footage, the number of the lot or out-lot and the name of the street on which the building or buildings which are to be built shall be located. The fee schedule for building permits shall be as follows:
Commercial & Industrial $50.00 base fee + $.05 per square foot |
Residential $50.00 base fee + $.03 per square foot |
All monies collected shall be turned into the General Fund of the Village.
